Wraparound approached Foundry34 to help them develop a brand which would tackle their services in a sensitive manner and convey their professional positive approach to their target client base.
The main starting point for the branding, aside from the requirements of the company and their clients was the butterfly symbol. Foundry34 developed the brand around the butterfly but ensured that photography, typography and colour helped to establish a character for the company not just a logo.
While many commercial companies focus purely on sales, the nature of Wraparound’s services meant that the descriptions of products and services had to be sensitively and clearly communicated without being overly commercial.
In every web project Foundry34 work on usability and clarity are key issues, this was certainly the case with Wraparound. We paid special attention to W3C guidelines on accessibility and standards, ensuring colour and type were used in a way to aid navigation and understanding. This is not to say personality was disregarded; we developed the Wraparound website to continue the positive and professional character of the Wraparound brand using the bright colour scheme and bold photography.
