Custom Planet
Custom Planet are a Newcastle based company dealing in customised clothing, workwear and promotional items.
After searching for a company to develop a customised online design tool and drawing a blank Custom Planet approached Foundry34. The Custom Planet brief consisted of two main areas, the development of an ecommerce website with a comprehensive Content Management System to allow them to list their product catalogue including the huge amount of colour and size combinations. The second area was the development of a custom online design tool linked to their ecommerce site.
Web Design and Development
The Custom Planet website followed the established brand guidelines bringing the brand to life online. The website was coupled to a Content Management System which had to be easy to update for the client and allow them to easily list products and customise pricing, product attributes, shipping costs and more. Promotions, bulk discounts and easy linking of products across multiple categories were all configured for the site.
Custom Online Design Application
After searching for a company to develop an online application Foundry34 stepped up to the task, creating a completely bespoke application for the client. The tool allows users to create their own designs online, upload pictures, add text and more, then buy their product online.
