Catch the Spirit

Monday, July 2nd, 2012

Great to see the catchthespirit.co.uk website live. It has been a while in development but the site has really hit the ground running. Allowing the client to add detailed information to each of their products as well as providing a home for the plethora of information on the sport, new features and new payment gateways- this site is a powerful tool for Catch the Sprit to build awareness, raise their profile and sell their product range.

Legislation yawn yawn.
You may not have heard but new EU legislation has recently been passed regarding the use of cookies on websites. UK law now requires you to ask your visitors’ permission before putting cookies on their computer for the first time. A cookie is a simple file that a website saves onto the user’s computer to track certain information – for example: login information, Google Analytics, shopping basket contents etc.
There can be fines for not being compliant with this legislation so it is important to act quickly. Foundry34 are still offering fixed price compliance for your website. Get in touch for more info

The Pony and Trap

Monday, February 6th, 2012

January saw the launch of the new website for the Michelin Star restaurant The Pony and Trap. Featuring a full Content Management System this new website is a huge improvement on the last site in both appearance and technology. The new site allows the restaurant to show daily menus, incorporate Josh Eggleton’s blog and provide up to date information about the restaurant. By using adaptive layouts and new technology we were able to optimise the site to work across a range of devices including mobile phones, ipads and of course your desktop. Check out their site here.
